I've been using Time Machine since it first came out. It's been great for me. I have also been using SugarSync to keeep data off-site in a cloud. I may drop SugarSync since it can take up a lot of resources, but mostly it does it's job without me being aware of it. When I was testing Parallels with KC it was acting up. Going straight Boot Camp solved that.

I did send an errant file to tech support. I was trying to remove a few features that wouldn't go away. Support told me it had some bad geometry and offered a Go To Meeting with me. I postponed that to give myself more time to learn basics so a meeting would be more productive. 

My time with KC comes in spurts.
