Moving model and layout

I seem to recall seeing a thread/post/other somewhere with details on how to copy (or move) a Model AND its Layout to another file. Is this a thing and if so, does anyone know where I can locate these instructions?
Thanks!

RE:Moving model and layout
Ten or more years ago, Dana explained in the old forum how to copy a part file, model and layout as an internal reference to an other design file. It is a CDE file.
Add-ins > CDE open > Tools.cde
Press the tab Others
Press "Save part in" icon
The program asks to select the design file where to add the new part.
Select this file and give the name of the new part.
This design file has to be closed when you select it.
Close everything and open the design file.
You will find the intenal reference part model and layout.
I use this methode for years.
Saved a lot of time.
Thank you Dana,
