KeyCreator Thumbnail previews in File Explorer

A while back I had a system update and the thumbnail previews went away for KeyCreator and PDF files in File Explorer. I have been able to get the preview thumbnails to work again for PDFs but not for KC files. I still get the previews from within KC but not in File Explorer.

Has anyone else seen this or has the capability to view previwew thumbnails from KC been lost?
