In the old Cadkey days "regen" function would had be the way to go. Unfortunately that command has been removed in KeyCreator. Your only option is to set the "faceting" with thighter value. Go in File>Properties>Units/Tolerances you can change from Coarse to Fine faceting quality for 3D solids. Change the Edge/Curve Faceting with lower angle (I use 5°).
