unable to install 2022 SP2

Anybody else see this? When I try to install SP2, I go through all the options and after the last dialog when I click "install" at the end, I get:

InstallShield Wizard Completed

The wizard was interrupted before KeyCreator Pro 2022 SP2

could be completely installed...... please run setup again.

I've re-downloaded the install, tried every option, no joy. Past versions have always installed with no trouble.
