I have a marco that doesn't exacltly what you want, but it could be a good help.

The marco works as follows:
Select a single or multiple entities, after pressing enter all levels NOT belonging to the selected entities turn off.
Now you can do whatever you need to do!
Then simply run the same marco again and the levels are restored to what they were before.
