Interplatform Font transfer

Anyone have any idea how to transfer a particular font from an Apple (iMAC) operating system to a PC, or better, directly into a .cdk file?  

I have saved the targeted font as a .pdf on the host machine and eMailed it and placed it on the PC desktop as a .pdf but the Kubotek program will not import it as it is not in "U3D" form. Is there another way to sneak this file into a .ckd file.

Once on the PC how do you get the font installed into the Kubotek porgram, or is that automatic?

Right click on the font file and select "Install for all users".
