Disappearing parts
I just had the strangest thing happen. I was working on some parts when all of a sudden they all disappeared from my screen, but still show in the level tree, with display ticked and selectable ticked. I used "extents" but to no avail. I closed the file and reopened, same. I was then able to export the invisible parts as a SAT file - I selected them using "all screen" even though nothing was/is visible, and imported them into a new file - all perfectly fine and showing. I updated drivers, reboot, installed the latest 2023 SP1, still the same problem! Please help! Happy to share the file if there is somebody who could help - it is 735MB though.

Have you contacted your VAR regarding this issue yet? They are there to offer support when you need it.
Regardless, if you would like I can take a look at the file for you. Just email support@kubotekkosmos.com and I will provide you with an upload link.

RE:Disappearing parts
Are you using the latest (2023 SP1) version? There is a bug in the 2023 SP0 version that if you drag a level into (or out of?) its original location in the level list while it is not displayed, objects on that level can "disappear". Obviously if you didn't do this then this issue is moot, however if you did or aren't sure, the fix is to set that "invisible" level to display and then drag it to another level that is already displayed/on.

RE:Disappearing parts
I was actually using 2022 SP1, I had not yet upgraded. I then loaded 2023SP1 and it was the same. I have since established that it happens when I use the command "scale and centre viewport". The strange thing is that when I reverted to a previous version of the file and it happened again, if I just close and reopen the file it is OK, but if I save and reopen the parts are again still not visible. If I use view to get to the top or side view and then extents, it shows the view, but if I try to rotate it is gone again. I have now uploaded the file to KC support for analysis. For now, I disabled my quick button for that command. Hopefully, I can continue by just avoiding the command. Needless to say, I am saving very often!

RE:Disappearing parts
Looks like there are three arcs shooting so far out into space that is has made all of the geometry so small that you cannot see it. Do an Zoom Fit and the Delete (Or Hide)>All Dsp>By Type>Arc. After they are gone, Zoom Fit again and you will see the geometry.

RE:Disappearing parts
Thank you, that solved the problem. I had imported some parts from a supplier, which had issues. A good lesson for me.
