What's with the LiveZilla Chat portal?
Twice now I have tried to use the Livezilla Chat portal that wont go away on the Forum page. It always sais "we are online. Chat with us" But both times I tried to use it it comes back that you are offline and gives me the hours as if I tried it during closed time. (Which I did not, either time)
Either get rid of it or make it work I guess.

That is completely understandable.
The confusion comes when it tells me you are closed and gives me hours of operation as if I were contacting you after hours. Wouldn't it just say you were busy helping other people and to wait a few minutes?
