Missing menu items
I seem to recall this happening before but the solution was in the old forums :| soo... One of our users is missing the "Tools, Add-ins, Window and Help" items in his menu bar. How do we get these back?

I believe it is tools> customize> Toolbars then the reset option.
I could be wrong at this, It has been some time since I needed to do that.

If the Add-Ins, Window or Help menus are missing then from the Menu Bar you need to go to Tools>Custmoize>Reset.  Assuming that the Tools option is not actually missing. I have never seen this menu disappear.

Yes, apparently his "Tools" menu was still there. This did the trick, thanks guys!
