Using 3D PDF export

To communicate with customers I use 'Export PDF 3D' all the time but found barely any support by KeyCreator in the help file about details of using this.
One of the parts I do not understand is why standard views are not exported.
If one exports a part as 3D PDF and opens this in freeware Acrobat Reader XI or DC,
normaly in the view box the user can choose 'Top', 'Front', etc.
Not if you export from KeyCreator. Is this a bug?
Any suggestions?
