Sheet Metal Question No.1
Working at understanding the sheet metal functions. 1) Model a piece of sheet metal.2) Go to Create a Flange. Fill in dialog box. Pick face and top edge...and you get a preview of the flange with dynamic handles. I like what I see so I click Accept and the flange disappears! But thru poking around I determined if I pick the face again, I get the flange configuration I put in the earlier dialog box and it stays put. Is this the expected behavior? I spent a couple of hours Sunday thinking I was doing something wrong because it kept disappearing. I guess at least I know how to make it work, but it sure is a time waster figuring it out. If I am doing something wrong, let me know.
