NX Translation in KC 14.0.1

I suddenly cannot translate NX 9.0 files in KeyCreator (this includes NX files that I had already translated prior to upgrading) and the only thing I know of that is different is that I recently upgraded to 14.0.1, has anyone else ran into this issue?

I am getting the following message:

"Failed to convert Unigraphics/NX file
The translator supports the reading of files saved in Unigraphics 11 to 18 and NX1 to NX10 with the following file extensions: *.prt"

RE:NX Translation in KC 14.0.1

I have seen this a handful of times. Please try uninstalling and then re-installing. This time right click on the installer and select "Run as administrator"
