Unknown icons
I've come accross these 3 icons (see picture). They don't seem to appear in any pull down menu. While I understand how the 2 last function, is there anyone that can explain how the use the first one (on the left)?

The first one is for the View/Cplane syncing options. "Alt"+"=" to call up the dialog.
