Dimension/layout anomaly?

There is probably a simple explanation for this so perhaps someone can explain what is happening in the attached pic. As you can see the cursor is near the vertical line at the bottom of the view but KeyCreator is highlighting the top vertical line and when I select the lower line (the current function is Generic Dimension) the upper vertical line gets dimensioned?

This has happened here when we change the computor resolution to anything but the highest and change the screen size in the KeyCreator to make the holes round instead of looking oblong.
