Where did they move the Make Group function to? The Help systyem states "Location: Tools>Group>Make" but I'm not seeing the Group selection..

Additionally, every time I open KC I do not have the "Window" menu at the top and I have to go in and reset (Tools>Customize - Reset) the Toolbars to get it to appear and each time I re-open KC it is missing again and I have to do it again.
