Settings Imports...

Working with KC 14 & was wondering if anyone can help with importing settings since I keep getting the message "Gestures was not found" leaving me without the use of several shortcut keys.
BTW.. very disappointed in the KC support since it has been two days since I left a message & left another one this morning with still No reply..
