Instance display of entities

I think we ran into an issue in KC2021. One of my users reported this to me the other day and I just encountered it firsthand.
In Layout Mode if I have an instance with multiple model mode entities in it and want to change the display setting (i.e. turn them off in the instance) of one of them I go in to uncheck the box in the Drawing Instances tab of the Part Splitter and nothing happens? I did notice that the entity will disappear if I then turn another entity on and off in the instance but then THAT entity doesn't go away...It's like the screen isn't refreshing propoerly when a change is made.

Additionally, changing the Rendering Mode of the Instance to Wireframe doesn't work either, although changing it to Wireframe and then back to something else will force it to finally disappear.
