Ordinate Dimesion Bug?
I have run into this with ordinate dimensins and I can re-produce this. maybe someone else can check this also.
Create a ordinate dimension:
Now move the zero to about this position:
After that, if you try to move the ordinate dimension again, the following error comes up:
KeyCreator doesn't crash after clicking the OK button, but the ordinate dimension is corrupt.
Thank you,
Hans

RE:Ordinate Dimesion Bug?
I got the same results.... BUT only in model mode. Not in Layout mode.

RE:Ordinate Dimesion Bug?
I can consistantly repeat if I move the dim to the line END snap position; sometimes if I get close. I will log.
Next time, please use the Support Request portal to report a bug with all relevant info to reproduce. It helps us track & respond faster.

RE:Ordinate Dimesion Bug?
Thank you Wes.
The last time I reported a bug to support@kubotek3d.com I heard, you guessed it, nothing. That is why I figured I post here first to make sure it is a bug. Thanks to Jason, he was able to confirm.
I will use the Support Request portal next time!!!!

RE:Ordinate Dimesion Bug?
Thanks Hans.
That is why we setup the request portal to eliminate issues accidently slipping through. You can also track them.

RE:Ordinate Dimesion Bug?
Wes, FYI I have four requests waiting in my protal since version KC2020 SP2, that have not been looked at. Granted those requests are KXL related and may be on the bottom of the list of importance, however I'm not convinced with the request portals efficiency.
I have no idea how many requests you guys have to deal with, so I am trying to be patient.
Thank you for all you guys do to keep KC the fastest and most flexible CAD program out there!
