Lost KeyCreator License
Unfortunatley I have lost access to one of my product license keys due to a computer dying. Is there any way to remotely deactivate a product license key so that I can use it on a new computer?

in your online account you should have an activation number -   have you tried that ?/

I have folowed up with tech support. In case you weren't aware, we recently announced an upgrade to our support sytem that lets you file requests and monitor their status via your support account. (https://support.kubotek3d.com/login.aspx)

Hi Ram,
I have been to the support tab, only to be met by a page saying that my maintainance agreement has expired. Unfortunately to renew my maintainance agreement I need to call your sales line, which I have not gotten a response from for upward of 24 hours. Same story for the support line

We just had a major storm here in the northeast, so Kubotek may be shut down without power.  Many areas will be several days before things are back to normal.
