RE:Fasteners not to scale
Some additonal feedback from users on this specific issue would be helpful.
What we've uncovered so far is that KeyCreator's database does have the correct diamater values in this case (see https://www.fasteners.eu/standards/DIN/601/ ) One column in our data is nominal diameter (24mm) and another is maximum SHAFT diameter (24.84mm) which is not listed in most on-line sources. KeyCreator currently defaults to use the maximum shaft diameter data. If that column (E) is removed from the CSV file, KeyCreator will use the nominal diameter.
The reasoning to default to the maximum shaft diameter is to help prevent interference with clearance holes.
What problem(s) are you running into with fasteners which are created at the maximum shaft diameter?
