Points and text missing

I just noticed that on new files (2020 SP1) our text and points (i.e. model mode detail entities) are not coming across into our instances in Layout Mode. I'm not sure if this is just a visual anomaly (points often disappear in model mode as it is) or if they simply won't display. If I open an older file with points or text in the model they DO display in Layout Mode in the instances.

Has anyone else came across this?
