Finding KC15.0 needs to be uninstalled before updating to 15.0.1... is this correct?

That is what is says when the installer is run.  Kind of a drag because of potential lost time if the install does not go well -or- there are licensing issues.

This is the first time I have seen this on any updates for KC since day one.

Ive always liked to keep a few previous versions - sometimes a funtion wont work in a new version in the case of a bug or mods  - at least you could go back and try the older version.

We are having the same issue. I refuse to uninstall the previous version before testing the latest. A quick Google search indicates that the end user should not be seeing this message.  I hope it gets resolved.

I'm the same way, I hate to uninstall the current product just to get a XX.0.1 update. I reached out to support and was told that yes, you do need to uninstall the current version.
I think I'll wait til the next update that doesn't require yet another uninstall.
