Auto Fit Zoom

Anyone else having an issue where using Autofit zoom the entities are not centered in the viewport?. .035Ø X 8.00 LONG CYLINDER SOLID at X-0Y-0Z-0. Drawn in VIew 1. Auto Zoom and the crrcle is not centered in the viewport.
