It just occurred to me that I see similiar behavior. Not with KeyCreator though. I run multiple instance of Outlook.Whenever I start my second instance it shows in the foreground for a moment but then is forced behind the first instance. This didn't always happen this way. I'm thinking a Windows update may be at fault. I have been poking around the Windows support pages but I haven't found anything yet.
