I continue to experience disappearing geometry in Layout mode when I switch over via Alt G and create an instance. My Layout space has my border with company info and fields for each job. Depending on zoom level geometry appears or disappears. In addition I am able to use Shift ( Near ) or Ctr Mid to get one end of a dimension but it often will not recognize visible geometry on the other end.
Curiously, if I create a new layout from the Layout dialog box these problems disappear. I am almost tempted to dimension everything in Model mode. I spend far too much time battling glitches in Layout mode. Any help would be welcome
