RE:Thread detail lost
KC's handling of threaded holes has been awful for years, especially if the threaded hole is altered in any way. I often resort to just modeling the pilot hole, and create a dotted ruled surface (sheet body) between two end circles to represent the thread. You can't autolabel it, but it will display correctly in layout mode. This is especially useful when a threaded hole breaks through a curved or angled face (in that case you can trim the surface to the appropriate face(s)).
