Arc Display Facets

I am trying to smooth out a curve provided by my customer that is made of line segments to use large arcs to make it easier to program on the mill. The problem is the display facets on the arcs make it impossible to see the true curve fit. I can measure and it shows a distance of 0.00 but it looks like 0.010.

I was thinking there was a setting that could make them smoother.
I also thought the forum had a search bar. It is not showing on my system if it is there.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Cliff,

First of all Happy New Year!

The simple answer is to go to "file /properties" and select "units/tolerances".
Move the "specify solid face faceting parameters" slider to the right (fine).

If that isn't helping then there is a "convert to arcs" function in the optional add-in "tools".
If not loaded, go to "add-ins' CDE open and look for "tools.cde".

There used to be a search function on the forum, which was very useful. Hopefully, tech support can return it.
