RE:Fasteners not to scale
Mark, that was my first thought too. The numbers in our fastener database intentionally cause fasteners to be created at maximum size. In this case the code seems to be working correctly.
In some cases tolerances do allow for the maximum dia to be larger than the nominal diameter. The example Alan gave above does not seem to be covered by that case. I've filed a bug so that we review the data files. It looks to me like there may be a problem.
