I run v7.02 on win 10 with a dongle.  Does your dongle have a green LED that lights up when you plug it in?   Does your "english" folder IIRC is where the installed files w the executable reside, have a license.lic file?  If it does, rename that file and try to run the program again.  I'm trying to remember how I did the install.   I think I copied the installation exe file from the laptop that I ran the program from to my desktop computer and clicked on the executable and installed it.  Now I just click on the desktop icon and it opens and runs fine.
