License problem
Hi. I have a KeyCreator program that was given to me by a friend.. I have the dongle and everything but for some reason it say it does not have a license he bought it a long time ago.. just want to know what can I do to get it working? Thanks in advance Heinrich

Hi Hans thanks for the reply.. I have a very old version it is 6.02. My friend bought it a long time ago

If I remember corretly, with that version you should be able to just install and having the correct dongle it should run. Are you sure your friend gave you the correct dongle? There may have been a code you had to type in. It's been a long time that I ran 6.x and I don't remember all the licensing stuff. Maybe someone else with a better memory than me can help you.

Yes he gave me the right stuff as he only bought this one. I have never worked on this program want to start and see how it goes.. so i realy want to know what i can do.. can you maybe direct me to someone or direct them to me i realy need this..

when you installed the version you have, did you have any issues with the Sentinel Driver? I just tried to install version 6.5 on my laptop, and since I have the latest and greatest version of KC, I also have the latest and greatest version of the Sentinal Driver on board. It gave me the following error messages:



Did you have any of these kinds of install "problem windows"?

I had no problem installing Sentinel.. I removed and re installed it and no change to the problem

Heinrich,
even though it is rare, dongles can break, maybe that is the problem. I don't see why the program shouldn't work. Maybe someone from Kubotek can answer.

What version of KeyCreator? I suspect that it may be an unsupported version since we stopped using dongles. Version 9 was the last version.

Hi. It is a very old version it is version 6.02 i think
