Why is that I can't create a mirrored copy of a reference? The mirrored references always end up just being rotations.

I always end up having to go back into the part, create right and left hand versions, and then do specific level sets for those right and left hand versions.  

It would be very convenient if one could mirror a reference.  Or am I just missing something?
