RE:KXL Loading Problem

I tried deleting all the KXL files from the KC configuration, Startup, Root-mode and Immediate-mode to see what would happen. I still had the same 45 - 60 second delay at launching, but the "Processing KXL" status did not display.

It would appear that the KXLs are merely coincidental to the real problem which is still unknown.
