KXL Loading Problem
We have 13 installations of KC 2019 SP2. On all but 2 of them we have the same issue.

When we launch KC, the status "Processing KXL" shows up shortly after the KC window appears. If you try to do anything, the status "Not Responding" shows up at the top of the KC frame. This lasts from 45 - 60 seconds. Then "Processing KXL" disappears and everything behaves normally after that.

I thought it might be some lingering configuration issue since this problem started some time after upgrading to 2017.

I've taked with Kubotek tech support and they remoted in to see the behavior. They said they have never seen it before. So far they have not figured out what's going on.

Yesterday I received 2 new Dell Windows 10 Pro workstations. They are identical and have never had KC installed on them.

I installed KC 2019 SP2 on both of them. Then I launched KC on the first one and it has the KXL problem. I started the 2nd one and it didn't have the KXL problem. I had not imported a KSA on either of them.

Anyone else seeing this problem? Any suggestion?
