Hole size
I haven't noticed this before and I have not tested it with other sizes but I have a Ø.125" hole in a block and when I edit it using the Edit Hole function I noticed the Tooltip states its standard size is a #4?
Additionally when I then click thru to edit it the Hole window also states the Standard is #4. I don't even see "1/8" in the list.

RE:Hole size
That's because Ø.125 is the standard "close" fit hole for a #4 screw. Change the fit in the dialog to "drill no" and you'll see .125 in the list.
Although, I'm seeing Ø.125 in the tooltip, but it does come up as #4 close in the edit hole dialog.
