Hi Steve

For starters I would run the the test drive guides (help>help and tutorials) for a basic introduction to the software. You can suplement that with all of the PDF and vidoe lessions that we have online in the KeyCreator University. Some poeple have recommended DocWalt but sadly I am not sure if he is with us anymore. HIs website is gone and I have not been able to contact him via phone for at least a year. He was an incredible resourse and most of the lessons online were created by him.
