I ran into this problem when I installed the last version of KC. The icons are tiny. Dell XPS 15

That was not the problem. It was more involved. I got the answer from technical help. I'll try calling tomorrow.

Were you ever able to resoolve this? My icons (Microsoft Book 2) are also VERY tiny and I cannot find a way to enlarge them (I am already using the large icons in KC) and I'm sure it's related to my screen resolution but I am using the recommended resolution for the screen.

In my opinion, 4k resolution can't be used, even the KC icons size is set to big icons.
I use two old Philips televisions 42 and 40 inches. Both televisions have a special mode,
PC mode. The resolution is 1920X1080 for both.
It is a very good arrangement, I don't need to wear glasses and the eyes do not get tired.
The distance to the screen is 80-90 cm.
I move the Tree Window to the second 40 inches screen to free the main design window.
